Conditions of sale

All prices enlisted include german VAT. Included in the prices are packaging, postal costs and a case (within Germany). Delivery dates are not binding, I will contact you if and when a given delivery date cannot be upheld. A deposit of 10 percent of the instrument value is due when placing an order, the rest is payable on delivery. If an instrument does not fulfil your expectations, I will either refund the complete amount paid or if wished send another instrument in exchange.

The same regulations apply to instruments sold at exhibitions, the condition being that the instrument is sent back within 2 weeks, and that it is in an undamaged state. All recorders produced in my workshop have 2 years guarantee during which time all necessary corrections will be carried out free of charge, assuming the instrument has been properly treated and no other instrument maker has tried to repair the instrument.
